River Valley Walk: New Dates

One of the highlights of our North American Interfaith Network conference last summer was this tour:  River Valley – this section of the North Saskatchewan River has been an Indigenous meeting place for at least 10,000 years. The 2 hour guided walk will be led by Lewis Cardinal and teach the way in which the history of the city intersects with that of those who first dwelled here. It will require maximum mobility up and down the river bank.

Lewis is offering the tour starting at 1:30 in the afternoon on August 3, 17, and 24. We are taking reservations now. The cost is $10 per person, with a cheque payable to Edmonton Interfaith Centre or with Paypal here.

Date: August 3, 17, or 24, 2019

Cost: $10 per person

Time: 1:30 p.m.
